I can't believe that Niall Ferguson would besmirch the disabled, especially disabled veterans, when con artists, like Madoff swindled millions, even billions.

A day cannot pass without the same creep, on the second floor, masturbating so loud that it can be heard, throughout the second floor. It isn't funny - but is the inconsideration of someone who tries to push around, and intimidate others.

Another night, and again the bad neighbor is back to porn, and sexual noises. Why do renters have to put up with such parasociality? It's a free country, but others shouldn't impose their noises on other people, without their consent.

Third time, within 24 hours: the impulsive, and frankly, antisocial, male next door, continues to masturbate, loudly, every time I sleep. Would you like to live right next door to such a person? This is what I have been dealing with, for months.

The person upstairs can't get through the night, without throwing a heavy object, on the floor. 😑
