Just got done playing tag for an hour with my kids while my wife worked out. Highlight reel is as follows. 1) While we were sitting resting one of my daughters slipped up under my arm. When I looked at her she smiled and said, "I love you, Daddy!" 2) My oldest son faked me out by doing a reverse rotation behind a bathroom and hiding behind a tree. 3) My youngest son was determined to be grumpy but couldnt resist the fun and was giggle his head off by the end. 4) They my second oldest daughter was constantly complimenting everyone on their speed and was protecting the littles from getting tagged by sacrificing herself. 5) My wife won't get away from me now. At this moment, I couldn't care less about #btc. It's just a means to this end. #family

There are too many zombie companies floating on cheap debt and pushing their delusional hail mary work loads onto middle managers.

It can sometimes feel difficult to wait while family and friends digest #btc. Most can't change their mind until they can plausibly feel it was their idea. Embrace low time preference in persuasion. Arguing harder does not equate to changing minds faster. Trust BTC and let it do it's thing 😌

Middle management is being on the hook for standards that you did not set and being accountable for work that you ultimately won't do. This is a common fiat trap. Be smart, stack #btc.

Solomon, Moses, and Melchizedek were worshipping, and an enchanting beast was underneath the throne, and its mouth was an abyss. A cunning angel worshiped near the three prophets and said to them, "Any who can satisfy the Beast at the Lord's feet will be blessed forever." The three prophets spoke among themselves and asked the angel, "What is the beast's name?" And the angel answered them, "She is called ‘Desire’." Solomon went before the Beast and it spoke and said, "I can only be satisfied by great treasure." Solomon was a man of great riches, so he cast all his vast empire into the mouth of the Beast, but it was not filled. The Beast said, "What a marvelous offering! There are many great treasures, but something else is needed. You are blessed, but you shall go away empty-handed." Solomon was impoverished but rejoiced. Moses went before the Beast, and the Beast spoke and said, "Do you have great treasure?" Moses was a mighty prophet, so he struck the earth with his staff and made a river of gold flow into the mouth of the Beast for eternity, but it was not filled. The Beast spoke and said, "Moses, you are cursed to gaze until this river fills my belly." And Moses was cursed to gaze upon the abyss that could not be filled until the end of the age. Melchizedek went before the Beast, and the Beast spoke and said, "No matter what I eat, I am not satisfied." Melchizedek said, "I see that if a man gives all he has, you are not satisfied. I see that if a man gives you treasures without meaning, it is the same as offering dust and you will curse him. Thus, I will give you a portion of a treasure that has great worth." Melchizedek had two jewels called Urim and Thummim. He gave the black stone to the Beast, and the Beast didn't desire to eat Urim without Thummim. She did not consume the jewel but gazed upon it and desired its pair. The Beast spoke and said, "Give me the other stone." Melchizedek replied, "If I give you the other, you will consume both and we will have nothing between us. Let us make a covenant; If you will not bless me or curse me, but let me live in peace, I will give you Thummim at the end of time." The Beast agreed to Melchizedek's request and fashioned Urim into an amulet, and that amulet became the only possession of the Beast called Desire. Thus, Melchizedek subdued Desire by teaching her that satisfaction is not in consumption, stockpiling, or might. Satisfaction is found in treasure shared between two souls. #poetry #bitcoin #literature #artstr #poem image

Don't let "entrepreneurs" gaslight you into thinking that keeping up with inflation is an earning problem. Stack sats and hodl. #bitcoin

#bitcoin has helped me to understand that I'm not an entrepreneur. I have tried for so long to start businesses but only because I saw business ownership as the only path to escape fiat economic gravity. There is a very good chance that building a business during this economic phase shift is like building on shifting ground and even people that are successful often have to compromise their values, health, family, or spiritual life. Now that my stack is snowballing, I'd much rather make a good wage doing technical skill work and just stack sats. I've got five young kids and a marriage that I need to focus on in this early season of life. Bitcoin has freed me to enjoy my work and family in a balanced way. Thank God for entrepreneurs and thank God for bitcoin.

I've always had a great deal to say but have never mustered the courage to post on social media. I rationalized this by telling myself I was too humble, which is embarrassingly self-aggrandizing in hindsight. Nostr has helped me realize that it wasn't humility; it was an inability to subject my most vulnerable and valuable thoughts to a feudal platform where I might be censored, algorimatized, and commodified. It was an act of withdrawal and rebellion. On #Nostr, I feel free and find that I can speak freely. Im so thankful for everyone working to build this community. This is the internet I dreamed about as a child. I've resolved to post a lot more in 2025! #introductions
