On friday i got my blood test results. I achieved that all the fat related numbers are now in the reference range. However i am low on iron and my thyroid seems to have a pretty high number of something called S anti TPO. I am now having new goals regarding that. And i would like to ask fellow nostriches what foods are high in iron to tackle this goal? #asknostr #grownostr

Yesterday I wanted to go to the city street food festival. But there was a show in the sky unfolding and instead I took my camera and went on Pohorje. I stopped being on facebook, because i started to see that i was addicted. Recently i diagnosed my self, that i have codependency issues. And recently I also connected my wallet to nostr. And i feel some urge to post things here and get zapped. Ackward. I am not happy about that. I hope that the workbooks and journaling on codependency will solve this issues i have. Since this year i experience that journaling and working with CBT worksheet (cognitive behavioural therapy) to handle some of this issues are the best "medicine" i have experienced so far and are giving me the best results.
