My coworkers wife was put on an ecmo machine today, which is a last resort sort of attempt to keep her alive. She was perfectly fine last week, and came down with 'covid'. Pray for her please.
I told my client that I didn't have it in me to help the facial recognition program we partner with get "better" by showing them how we beat their system. It cost us a $85k bounty, but surprisingly, he understood and wants to keep our contract. Maybe there is hope in the industry afterall.
I just found out at work that I might be eligible for the facetec biometrics spoofing bounty if I show them how I did it. Then again, why would I feed the beast to make it stronger? I'm in the wrong industry.
Have you read this guy's rapsheet? Pretty sure Orwell pictures this guy in his prophetic dreams.

I've noticed that #monero tippers on #garnet #nostr are much more generous in their giving than we've seen in recent months with #zaps. The downside being that the community purposely sends privately so you don't know who sent the tip! Honestly, it encourages me to be more generous with others who have their #xmr address in their profile, so maybe it's not really a downside. ๐ฅธ๐ฅธ๐ฅธ
I'm no Nostr dev, but I built a website for an old lady at church today for free. That counts towards open source street cred, right?

Nice to see some privacy attempts on Bitcoin. Without it, bitcoin will still be globally adopted, just adopted by those who love government surveilance and taxes.
