@npub12k2r...gqjk i don't know if i mentioned this to you, but what i believe is a spectacular opportunity has just come up for Payfrit Pads! a closed movie theater was turned over to a city sorta nearby (1:45 drive, in the desert) and there is an open meeting on Sep 28 to discuss proposals for usage! every other proposal is going to be for something artsy that will lose money, Payfrit's proposal will put money into the town's pocket. plus i just learned that the city bus goes right by the site!! and terminates at the community college 28 minutes away, 12,000 students. site is here:
