Why has no one created a public API to create/check lightning invoices? 😭

Hey #[0] ! Is there a stat file in nostream? To see how many people, posts, etc are on the relay

Is it possible to generate an invoice (through an API or whatever) without running a lightning node? I'm working on an app but I can't find an easy/fast way to do it (I even tried to use a telegram bot to talk to another telegram lightning bot 😂)

When you're creating an account on Nostr and generating a npub and nsec, it's sent only on the relays that the client is using right? So what happens if another person creates an account on others relay and got the same nsec? I mean, it's not likely to happen, almost impossible, but just want to know
