Been purposely pushing the bodyweight up over the last 6 months, putting down 300+ grams of protein a day. Heaviest I've been in alonng time at 194lbs but feeling strong, deadlifting over 400 for sets of 5 and fat gain is minimal. #bulking #carnivore #strength
