Crammed in what I could for day 16 of the #nostr workouts. Make the most of the time you have available. Changed up how I did my barbell squats. Switched to a high bar position with a much narrower stance. Quads were cooked. #proofofwork #workout #fitness #gym

Here's what was done for my #nostr workout day 15. Didn't have too much time so I tried to cram in however many quality sets and reps I could today.
