Day 22 of #nostr workouts is complete. Nice upper body day finished off by a good interval session on the treadmill. Everything's improving at an acceptable pace. Weight was roughly 235lbs. #proofofwork #workout #fitness #gym

Sometimes one of the more difficult parts of getting into fitness is figuring out what you're going to do. What and how many exercises on a given day? How many sets or reps per set? How many days a week? Do I really need to do cardio? For those who need a little help, I am providing a link to a simple 3 days a week plan. Each day is designed to be a whole body workout, so please take at least a day of rest in between each one. I'll be designing more plans to share and will put them out as I complete them. If you have any questions, please ask. If you want something more specific for your goals, let me know and we can discuss what you're looking for. And yes, you do need to do you're cardio. Crammed in what I could for day 16 of the #nostr workouts. Make the most of the time you have available. Changed up how I did my barbell squats. Switched to a high bar position with a much narrower stance. Quads were cooked. #proofofwork #workout #fitness #gym

GM nostr Forgot to share yesterday's workout. Did it much later in the day than I normally would so I went to bed shortly after getting home. Leg days can be very taxing. Just some larger muscles getting worked takes a lot out of you. #proofofwork #workout #fitness #gym
