It's nearly Christmas and the Premiere League is rolling on. To say we were favourites to beat Wolves tonight is the understatement of understatements! We huffed and puffed and were devoid of pace and ideas. Half time came and it was goalless. The second half started, we were a little brighter but no joy. The hour mark came and no goals. Arteta started the changes but still The Arsenal struggled to break down a dogged Wolves. They were using every trick in the book but I can't blame them for that and then... ...a Saka corner striking the post and rebounding off the keeper. One nil to The Arsenal. You could feel the relief in the Emirates. For some reason we didn't push on. Arteta had made more changes. Crucially he had brought on Gabriel Jesus, I mean it is Christmas. Heading towards 90 minutes and tragedy, Wolves equalised but in true Christmas spirit, Jesus saves us... ...he even had a chance for another. We always score with a Gabi on the pitch. It was in the 94th minute! Maybe if they hadn't have been wasting time so obviously we may not have been on the pitch?.. ...you need a bit of luck to win the league.
