HERE IS WHAT HE STATED: THE ENERGY BEINGS HAVE PLACED A RING AROUND ANTARCTICA THAT WILL EVENTUALLY RISE UP AND ENVELOPE THE WHOLE EARTH. (I AM GUESSING THIS IS SOME SORT OF ENERGY SHIELD TO PROTECT THE EARTH FROM THE SOLAR FLASH). ONCE THIS RING COMPLETELY ENVELOPES THE EARTH, THE SOLAR FLARE WILL TAKE PLACE. HE DID NOT KNOW THE TIMING OF THESE EVENTS BUT SAID THIS WAS A BIG STEP CLOSER TO THE SOLAR FLASH SO IT SHOULD HAPPEN SOON.
