$STRC and $SATA are essentially the traditional financial equivalent of staking dollar tokens to earn yield. They may actually be the true "web3 killer".
They’re showing there’s no real need to buy crypto just to earn staking yield.
Ethereum offers roughly 3%, Solana 5-7%, XRP around 5%, and ADA about 4% in staking yield, all while taking on blockchain risk and big token price volatility (mostly to the downside). The staking yield is backed by the token, and the token’s value is backed by the yield.
Treasury companies are keeping their stock token stable-ish, and their stock token is backed by Bitcoin. Their business model is just superior to what web3 offers. They're the new alt-coin.
Ironic because the web3 ecosystem is all about replacing the financial system with other fiat shenanigans. Now they're tokenizing on top of STRC to boost their yield offer, because their tokens are on life support.
No one beats Wall Street, when it comes to winning at the fiat ponzi scheme.
