Contrary to all the negative propaganda out there, childbirth will only make you stronger as a woman. I’m talking physically, not just emotionally. Giving birth awakens a primal energy within you. It is an essential transformation that unlocks the female body’s ultimate potential. When I reflect on my maiden years, I’m surprised by how much weaker I was physically. Going through the transformation of pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding is truly an activation ritual of mind, body, and spirit. It allows a woman to step into her true power: creation. This is just another reason the industrial birth complex tries to disrupt the process of childbirth. What a powerful dance it is to bring life through you. It is the greatest gift a woman can receive, and the ripple effects in her life are beyond measure.
