I’ve started implementing email-based account sign-in for Nostr.build. Clearly it will work with npub too, but at least people will have an option to use email to recover their password or even have no Nostr features at all if they want. Options are good, we don’t have to be religious about what users can or cannot use. Freedom is all about choices that are not prescribed from others 🫡

Rekey/renumbering is done on the infrastructure side, now all I need is an interface and to test if it actually works. No more reliance on npub to be constant.

I wish all the clients supported http-401 and allowed users to optionally click and submit nip98 header to access media. We could have had so many more opportunities for creators and consumers to interact and even maybe have paid access via http-402. 😔

I have an interesting idea on how to serve content securely and individually. 💡 (Maybe brewing another interesting feature)
