Rewrote parts of wss://relay.nostr.build to improve performance a little more. The new code is in production and I’ll continue monitoring and tweaking it as we get more events and traffic. 🫡

Day 1 of running a relay: - did some cost calculations based on the current average run rate - so far seems very reasonable and requires no active maintenance - imports are expensive but one time cost and spread over time - users didn’t complain yet, I guess it’s a good sign - more can be done to further curb the costs
