random thought’s…
America is very different from much of the world… maybe not always in the ways we think.
For the past 100yrs, we’ve had the rare privilege of avoiding war on our own soil. While other nations rebuilt from rubble, we expanded… While other nations saw their cities reduced to rubble & were forced to rebuild from nothing, we expanded, steadily, confidently, & without humility. Our decay was shaped by our own forces: outsourcing, credit, drug addiction, & urban sprawl.
But we weren’t untouched. The wars still left their mark on the US, just not on our cities. The soldiers we sent overseas also came home carrying lasting scars, often invisible. And those wounds don’t end with our soldiers, they ripple through families & still echo across generations.

uhh. well, that sucked. was a much larger cut than I thought it would be. two layers of stitches.

Owning 1 Bitcoin today is rarer than being a millionaire.
There are roughly 60 million millionaires globally…. yet fewer than 1 million people are estimated to hold a full Bitcoin.

This is the price chart of the Cocoa Futures Market; ticker: “CC” or “CH”
When chocolate prices spiked in 2023 due to climate driven shortages in West Africa, the big global manufacturers; Hershey, Nestlé, Cadbury, Mars, didn’t absorb the cost. They adapted.
They quietly started replacing real cocoa with cheaper sugar-&-oil substitutes, turning “chocolate” into hollow, flavorless garbage candy.
This isn’t innovation, it’s betrayal. It’s deceptive cost cutting. They are keeping prices artificially low while quality completely erodes & our taste buds & bodies pay the price.
