I know this is gross and taboo, but taking care of your butt & unloading a solid daily shit matters. Taking a shit expels undigested matter, bacteria, dead cells, bile, and metabolic byproducts with no nutritional value. Along with urine & sweat, it’s a key elimination route. Your liver sends many toxins via bile to the intestines; regular movements help clear them before reabsorption. A consistent daily (or near-daily) shit signals good gut health & leaves you feeling lighter, faster & stronger.

It seems my wife & I independently arrived at the same conclusion tonight: getting intentionally buzzed. This could end up being a very good decision 💪🏽⚡️
