What if the aggressive covid lockdowns in China were a way for to squash demand in order to fill their strategic oil reserves in preparation for war?
Meanwhile US is depleting theirs…

I just doin scrolled on the blue bird app for 15min. Anxiety and dread peaked within 5mins and was continually fed.
Logged in over here…..all signal and hope.
We have lived the last remaining years of provable reality. AI, deep fakes and photoshop will continue to distort and drive narratives.
That is why the advent of private/public key cryptography will be so important.
Don’t trust verify. If I didn’t sign it, I didn’t say it. Few

Best book you have read in the last year?
Any topic is fair game…
10,000sat zap for the most interesting book suggestion that I haven’t read.
I find zap-fishing repugnant.
It is not lost on me that previous posts of mine could be seen to be the same.
I keep seeing recurring themes around the increase in copper due to the electrification of…everything. Copper use will increase but it won’t be in building out grids. Aluminium is the main conductor metal of choice due to its weight and cost.
Copper conductors in distribution and transmission networks are increasingly rare. You still find some Copper underground cables but these are mainly for short runs as the first cable out of a substation known as feeder-exit-cables.
Copper is still used in electronics, wiring, circuit boards and motor windings. It has little to no use in batteries.
What I am trying to say is, electrification in particular with reference to grids, does not necessarily mean an increase in copper usage.
#[0] and I have been talking about starting a Real Vision like commentary on markets.
Instead of the short term trading focus that Reap Vision is known to encourage.
We have decided to release the transcripts for all of the future episodes ahead of time…
Here it goes:
Ep 1.
There has been some fuckery going on in markets. They are also fucking with the money which fucks with everything else.
Stack bitcoin regularly, don’t use leverage, don’t overstretch yourself beyond your short-term fiat needs. Hold it in self custody. Come back in a few years.

Do you see where this is going?
If you are over levered with real estate, particularly if that leverage is on a variable rate….
It might be time to consider unwinding some of that…
