I don't share @jack 's opinion that the lack of transactions on the base layer is leading to #Bitcoin becoming irrelevant, because: 👉 HODLing / using it as a store of value is the major use case. 👉 POS payments are only done on layer 2. 👉 Most happens on exchanges and that's off-chain anyway. 👉 The "security budget" concern is utterly nonsense. 👉 There is no point in clogging up the mempool and making on-chain transaction unaffordable.
