Whoa! Amazing conversation w @nat brunell & @Susiebdds - a must listen. As the son of a recently retired, solo family dentist, I saw how much blood, sweat, and tears went into building up his own practice over decades, the sacrifices he made, and how hard it was to let go of it when he finally retired. Starting that journey myself in a small private ophthalmology practice here in Texas, I have so much hope for what is possible in the future (& maybe an eye clinic down in El Zonte)!
