If you’ve never tried #homemining, I highly suggest it. Puzzle solving and constant learning. Man, after hours trying to troubleshoot I’m finally back hashing! For a non-tech guy it was definitely a learning experience figuring out what static IPs, DHCP, etc are and how to work through issues to get back set up and hashing. Pretty stoked and you feel like those few little sweat-sats are that much more precious. And a room is nice and toasty again. Thanks @Derek Ross for the putting me on the right path (you were right! just took forever for me to work through my network to do it), and @mcshane (Braiins toolbox is awesome…didn’t have it before) The #Bitcoin and #nostr community are amazing. ⚡️

#asknostr Any home miners who intermittently plug in run into this? Antminer S9 with Braiins OS+ firmware. Usually plug in at night and unplug when I’m gone at work, no issues over past year. Was gone last week and now can’t connect to the miner. IP address is correct and router status says online via Ethernet. Even have the green normal flashing but IP address in my browser (tried 3) says unreachable…so can’t configure or see the miner, or connect to a pool. Any suggestions?
