3 YN’s at the gym were acting tough till they saw me hit the bench for 225lbs for 8, then get up and do 10 pull-ups, 20 dips and 30 pushups back to back as one set. Look like they saw a ghost! 🤣 Then just provoke some trouble I starred them down for the next hour speaking verses from Quran while I worked out hahahaha pussies!
They always rope me into working OT and delaying my gym time. My plantar fasciitis is throbbing but I’m a still hit the gym hard after this OT! I’m an old man in pain, but I’m warrior so I just fight through!💪💪💪🫡🫡🫡
