I dirty fast for 12-16 hours a day. Then I eat healthy AF! I workout, smoke a fat blunt and munch out on high protein, high nutrient whole food munchies. I spend a lot more money on food than most people I know but it’s all so worth it. I’m shredded head to toe and can do more pull-ups, lift more weights and do more calisthenics than 98-99% of men my age and I do heavy Construction all day. #Warrior #OG

Bro I did a crazy chest workout today after an insane pull workout yesterday. I’m such an old man 😂 I feel super strong and brolich…. BUT IM SORRY AS FUCK! Every joint and limb hurts today after doing heavy demo at work. I want to quite my job and open my own gym, but there would be a rule of no cell phone use in between sets! I know I’m crazy and all over the place with my thoughts 🤪

Why dudes at the gym got a tough guy look on their face because they lift weights? Lol Mother fuckers are usually cold pussies. Why do women at the gym wear skin tight pants like they trying to catch something lol? I hate going to gym. 🤦‍♂️ Someday my Bitcoin will enable me to buy all the equipment the gym has and I can workout at home like I used to.
