Finally starting interviewing for new jobs. Iβm only making a move if itβs a good fit for me. Iβm staying Construction but stepping up to less physical job and hopefully find the right company to become a Superintendent. I wish the days were still around where Supers only read blueprints and made sure the job was being completed according to the prints. Most of these companies nowadays are having Superintendents in role thatβs more computer oriented doing zoom meetings. I like the way it used to be when superintendents were bad ass loud cursing gangsters π€£ π€¦ββοΈ
