I work every day to make it possible for my wife to stay more home with my future children. 5-6 years ago i’d look at this statement as extreme, way too old fashioned and narrow minded. But i can see the effects that is has on her mind and soul when given the opportunity. And for each year that passes, i can tell that this is the way she wants to live aswell. Working on a book, a book built like a tool. With the intention of guiding people on how to journal for better mental health, self improvement, and achieving steady progress. Might take some time, but i believe this would be of great help, especially people who have identified that the screen, and the lazy, brainkilling routine they are in ain’t getting them anywhere. I’ve found that in most cases, we already know the solution to our problems, but that we simply fail to agree with ourselves that it is right there. For me, journaling has been the way to maintain progress, mental health, and appreciation of the small things. Our experiences do not become wisdom until we sit down and reflect upon them.
