Imagine the coffee industry of a city wholly shifting to Bitcoin. From the farmer till the established chains. The acceleration towards adoption would be inevitable.

Bitcoin adoption can’t only focus on the customer spending Bitcoin. A coffee shop accepting Bitcoin mainly benefits the customer who pays in Bitcoin. But what does the shop owner gain if they still have to convert back to fiat just to buy coffee beans, pay rent, buy cups, pay staff, etc? Bitcoin adoption has to happen through the entire sector, end-to-end. That is the only way fiat actually gets phased out.
