Bitcoinners like to compare ₿ adoption to switching from candles to electricity, horses to cars , landlines to cellphones etc What they don’t realize is that nobody comes to steal your candles , horses and phones if you choose not won’t adopt. ₿ will adopt much faster.

When you live on a ₿ standard while unit of account is still fiat, it is literally living in the future.

Our landlord here in San Salvador keeps lowering his rent since we moved in 10 months ago. He has so far lowered his rent by 75%. The grocery stores here has also been just as nice🙏 We’ve been wanting to buy an automatic espresso machine and new mattresses for the last 5 months. They are also about 50+% cheaper now. The problem with living on a BTC standard is it always makes you feel bad bc everything you buy is cheaper once you’ve already bought it😢

Good story. I met this 83yr gentlemen a yr ago while still living in Canada. He was already a bitcoinner since 2016 (before me!). I referred him to @BULLBITCOIN.COM ,he escaped 🇨🇦. Wife and I moved to ES in Feb, now he moved here 2 weeks ago! His first ⚡️txn was 2 OPi pills in July to support @My First Bitcoin Today he made his first retail lightning txn at @GoodbeansThe .
