I edited clips for years before anyone ever paid me for it. Just me and a timeline making short videos because I enjoyed it. No strategy, no audience, no plan. Just the work. And looking back I think that's kind of the whole point. Find the thing you'd do even if nobody was watching (or paying). Because once you have that, everything else starts to make sense. Your decisions, your energy, where you spend your time, it all lines up. I know that sounds cheesy, but there's a lot of truth in it. I think this week's newsletter is going to be about exactly this.
