Hormonal migraines are such a struggle to deal with…😓😓😓 I’ve now eliminated alcohol and caffeine from my diet and try to get as much sleep as possible with a busy lifestyle, but it’s hard when you’re inevitably gonna have issues with it…this accurately describes them I have prescription medication but I really don’t think I get enough and it’s hard to sort out my prescription sometimes…really think as grown ups we need to have a bit more control over the amount of medication we can get at a time, especially if I was travelling for some time. Tried so many different things over the years but the best thing is my current medication combined with stronger painkillers like naproxen which I’m prescribed or ibuprofen with codeine. Also need to eat regularly, drink buckets of water and sleep 1000 hours a night. And am sober. Anyone else struggling with this, I’d definitely advise to do the same

Last nights dream: Watched an interesting looking plane crash then there was a fire. Had to evacuate. A Chinese heritage guy I used to be good friends with was there driving a car/bike type thing. Then I seemed to wake up but was still in same dream… UFOs landed and one being appeared in front of me hovering and shape shifting into different earth animals but in stood up position still, very warm and friendly vibe and was speaking to me in my head transmitting through a device on their head. Wish I could remember what they were saying. Amazing

New fixation unlocked: big cats roaming free in the British countryside! Seems to be quite legit and mostly black panthers/leopards Want to do a peaceful stakeout just to see one 🤩🖤🐈‍⬛

Still remember the dream I had just before I found someone online. It was like this person I had known for around a decade in the shadow background but I knew it wasn’t anyone in my life at the time. I dreamt about them being at an old house down a winding road through trees next to a lake. I hovered over the lake and looked into it and saw the universe. Wondered who it was about for some time
