Hormonal migraines are such a struggle to deal with…😓😓😓 I’ve now eliminated alcohol and caffeine from my diet and try to get as much sleep as possible with a busy lifestyle, but it’s hard when you’re inevitably gonna have issues with it…this accurately describes them
I have prescription medication but I really don’t think I get enough and it’s hard to sort out my prescription sometimes…really think as grown ups we need to have a bit more control over the amount of medication we can get at a time, especially if I was travelling for some time.
Tried so many different things over the years but the best thing is my current medication combined with stronger painkillers like naproxen which I’m prescribed or ibuprofen with codeine. Also need to eat regularly, drink buckets of water and sleep 1000 hours a night. And am sober. Anyone else struggling with this, I’d definitely advise to do the same
