
What we have here is NGK’s traditional annual Holiday Paris Salad.
I admit it doesn’t look any special, but it’s the shit by 1976 Czechoslovak National Standards.
Not many good things came out of that era, but they definitely knew how to mix this unhealthy gem.
🧂It goes:
📍Bologna-style sausage / luncheon meat / Junior Krásno 🇨🇿 – 300 g
📍Pickled cucumber - 5 piece
📍Mayonnaise - 300 ml
📍Canned peas - 1 small can
📍Onion - 1 small-ish
📍Yellow mustard - 2 tablespoons
📍Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
📍Sugar - 1 tablespoon
📍Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
📍Black pepper - to taste
📍Salt - to taste
📝 And then you:
Grate the luncheon meat coarsely.
Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes.
Finely chop the onion.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, and additional ingredients to taste.
