Tip for buying food if your grandmother would not recognise the ingredients don't buy it (E additives any chemical names emulsifier etc etc).
Fiat food is a travesty of food it provides no nutrition and makes you sick (cereals, seed oils, sugar, etc). Stay clear of those
Its tough to realise your parents are still stuck in the fiat matrix regarding food and money. Sad.
Really infuriated every time I get reminded how much we have been lied about money and nutrition (which unfortunately is every day!)
I had missed that but no surprises I guess.
