Kinda lost atm as I'm coming to the end of a job role that defined me (over 15 yrs). I'm happy to be out of the role, but I'm aware that I'm unequipped for whatever comes next. No way am I going to sink in to another mainstream job though. Who knows what the next 6 months will look like.

I really enjoy playing around with tech (read: trying to break things, make things do what I want them to do, often unsuccessfully). I'm not qualified or experienced, but am confident/reckless enough to jump in and play. I'm gonna try some coding for the first time with my son so am looking to get a bare bones RaspberryPi. More as a gateway rather than the end project. Any tips on fun projects, software to install? Something crypto related would be fun. Or should we just fuck about, have fun and see what comes out of it?

How many rabbit holes (not the tinfoil hat type) are there? It feels like infinite, but really there should only be 1..... ultimately 0

I wonder what will surpass scrolling and posting on socials? It is technically getting old as you read and something better is being cooked up. It's got me thinking.
