Good afternoon nostrichers 👋🏻 Been out to the bees in the chimney this morning. I've been trying to get then iver out the last few months with minimal disruption. Unfortunately they colony has been there so long the comb must go at least six foot down. Taking the chimney down any further isn't an option for the householder so the difficult descion has been made to have pest control come in and kill them 😪 I don't begrude the homeowner the task of removing the comb. Took a lot of cuttings of a grape vine today. No idea what type it is. Got them trimed down to three nodes and waxed the tips. My @start9 server is a DIY build on a minipc and it keeps going into whitescreen of death... I've gone so far as replace my ISP provided router in search of a reason. Bonjour is up to date, i use brave browser and the java script settings are standard. I've wanted to replace the router and have my own home network for a while so this is the perfect excuse to do it. Any ho, preamble aside, as soon as i set the router up and all working i noticed my data tx/rx between the router and server is in the double digit Kps range.. Yep, kilobits. A second. Occasionally it jumps to triple digit. I'm no tech guy by far but that seems low to update #bitcoinknots, especially as the feed is directly from the router... If 12 months of hassle comes down to a dodgy patch cable with a low data rate I'll scream 😱 And then laugh at lifes irony.. 🤣🤣 #uk #brits #start9 #data #cable #RJ45 #ethernet
