I've made the decision to board out the roof and then add the sheets on top of that. It'll make fitting the roof a lot easier with no dips between the rafters. At least i have another thing to add to the job list for the weekend 🤣🤣 #uk #brits #workshop #roof

Well, the welcome rain has stopped play for the time being. Started digging over the workshop floor while i wait for the roofing sheets to arrive. I'll need to tamp it down before i lay the floor properly. The plan is to lay a ring aroind the edge approximately 18 inches wide leaving a central core I'll line and fill with pea gracel to have a nice surface to walk on. The soap cutter works well, if a little tight. I'll need to cut a wider base plate out and wider end stop, but other wise it worked well. A little waste, but i'll source a silicone mold for that, possibly a cupcake one. I'll also weigh up the extra, pour that out for household use and then the rest can go into the main mold. #uk #brits #soap #mold #cutter
