Went to sleep early. Now I'm awake in the middle of the night, reading up on oxalate.
When I was on carnivore diet in late 2019 to mid 2020, I came across information on oxalate and naturally by not having anything rather than animal products, I eliminated oxalate from my diet and I believe during the process, I expeienced oxalate detox.
Yet, we live in a world that tells us the opposite at every turn so now I'm having some unexplainable symptoms again and in my desperate search for an answer, I decided to pick up this book and learn about oxalate and I think within 30 pages, I figured out why recently I have this whole mystery itch everywhere.
Even the author herself saw the benefit of low oxalate diet but went back on some food items and experienced the harm of them and then was convinced. So I'm not gonna beat myself up, but instead I'm glad to find yet again possible answers to my problems.
I recommend everyone giving this a read.
