If the Trump administration truly wants to be “innovation/bitcoin friendly” one of the best/low effort ways would be to allow small amount transactions (< $1000) to be tax free. This would remove the small but significant mental barrier of using bitcoin to buy things, gift to others, etc.

A fear I have of the strategic bitcoin reserve, specifically one funded by seized bitcoin, is that now the government will be incentivized to confiscate (aka get it for free) from people. Self custody is crucial folks!
