I’m a believer in having the same lunch every work day (and no breakfast), then listening to your body and refine it over time. Improving macros, micros, price. Does it keep you full, but no food coma? Does it give you focus? Cheap? Fast to do? This sallad has been working great for me (also always have an apple right after resistance training, then lunch): - 3 boiled eggs - 100g low fat cottage cheese - 1 tomato - 100g cucumber - 20g raw onion - 10g virgin olive oil - 5g balsam vinegar - 10g caviar/fish eggs - 5g pumpkin seeds - 1 brazil nut - 5g walnuts - 1g nutritional yeast - salt, black pepper & cayenne #foodstr image

Sending foot soldiers to a drone fight is like sending peasants to fight queens in chess. Should drone operating be an essential part of military training?

Forgot to mention about #zone2 —by running nose breathing slow, you only use body fat for fuel. No glycogen used. Super hack.

GM Have to tell you about my new zone 2 jogging routine. This morning, every Mon, Wed, Fri, I will do a 45 min jog. A very slow one, only breathing with my nose. If you can’t, then it’s too fast. Slow down. I play some music, from mp3:s, have my iPhone on airplane mode and use wired headphones to avoid all EMF and disturbances. A program that sends me a signal when reaching half way, to turn back. I do this to increase VO2 Max, but also, experienced extreme bliss and happiness. Laughter and even a few tears from some good calm songs and funny lyrics. Seeing the city slowly wake up, then into to forest. This is the best idea for a routine ever. Like a happiness drug. Speaking of drugs, have one mini white #nicotine snus, with flavor of spearmint, in too. Note for future runs, nose can be a bit runny breathing from only nose, had to look back so no person noticed, cleared my nostrils a few times, to breath better. Will bring some tissue next time. Thinking of taking a cold dip by the lake in the forest too next time. Have a great day you all! #dothework #zone2

Just did the Cooper VO₂ max test. Run as far possible in 12 min. Did 2,97 km (4:15min/km), which is excellent for a guy in my age group and weight 77.6 kg. Scored 55.1ml/kg/min, with my age group multiplier of x0.89 it's 49ml/kg/min. Will work on improving this because VO₂ max is one of the biggest metrics for good health and longevity. New strategy is to do a morning zone 2 jog, slow, because then you only burn fat, not glycogen, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Same day as my resistance exercises at lunch. Thinking of doing Cooper test on Thursday and 4x4 Norwegian Method on Saturday... #vo2max #longevity

Is national socialism really extreme right wing? Or is it extreme left wing? Or a mix. Hitler based it on socialism, he said so. As Mises described in my previous post, economically it was socialist: the state eliminated the free market.

Ludwig von Mises: "In Hitler's Germany there was a system of socialism which differed from the Russian system only to the extent that the terminology and labels of the free economic system were still retained. There still existed "private enterprises," as they were called. But the owner was no longer an entrepreneur, the owner was called a "shop manager" (Betriebsführer). The whole of Germany was organized in a hierarchy of führers; there was the Highest Führer, Hitler of course, and then there were führers down to the many hierarchies of smaller führers. And the head of an enterprise was the Betriebsführer. And the workers of the enterprise were named by a word that, in the Middle Ages, had signified the retinue of a feudal lord: the Gefolgschaft. And all of these people had to obey the orders issued by an institution which had a terribly long name: Reichsfuhrerwirtschaftsministerium,* at the head of which was the well-known fat man, named Goering, adorned with jewelry and medals. And from this body of ministers with the long name came all the orders to every enterprise: what to produce, in what quantity, where to get the raw materials and what to pay for them, to whom to sell the products and at what prices to sell them. The workers got the order to work in a definite factory, and they received wages which the government decreed. The whole economic system was now regulated in every detail by the government."

It took two weeks to digitize my old DV-tapes. Even if I know I have saved all those memories to the cloud, they brought me down a journey of nostalgia and reminded me of who I used to be and how I have changed. I felt a bit sad finally breaking the tapes before throwing them into the trash… #minimalism image

If Bitcoiner's use the same critical thinking towards modern medicine, as the've used to Keynesian economy and fiat – they will all start gravitating towards alternative health.
