Enabling zaps on notes of other people who bring value is like having electrolytes for our nervous system. Just as electrolytes provide ions for our neurons to form and transmit electrical impulses, other people's valuable ideas and notes provide inspiration and motivation for our brain to generate new and innovative and helpful thoughts. So make sure you eat some bananas or add spinach to your plate; especially after a hard workout! ๐ŸŒโšก๏ธ Don't sleep on electrolytes!

I have developed a new full body workout for myself. It is so intense that my entire body is destroyed today. Super Sayajin Workout: (Last set always to muscle failure, weight should be 60-80% of one rep max). Squats Over Head Press Leg Extension Calf Raise Lat pulldown close grip Flat Bench Press / Incline Bench Press Seal Rows Biceps Curls Triceps press double handed with dumbbell Cable crunch 3 sets, 8-12 reps, last set to absolute muscle failure. This workout is a minimalist workout with insane volume. Do this workout at least 2 times a week but only a maximum of 3 times. Especially suitable for those who can not go to the gym 4-5 times a week. image
