We were in Auschwitz in 2017 and when we went through the 'gas chambers' I asked our tour guide if these were the actual gas chambers and he replied, "No they aren't, the Germans destroyed them to hide evidence, what we're standing in are replicas." This is no different than the mass propaganda campaign of 2020 where they claimed a 'pandemic' called Covid19 swept the world, albeit on a larger scale. This unfortunate child was most likely suffering from undisclosed comorbidity and may have received an MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine while immunity was already low.
