It comes on the eve of the federal election and Mark Carney (the current Liberal PM of Canada) campaigning in Richmond, BC, (the most densely populated Chinese community and epicenter of money laundering in Canada). He's in Richmond to signal to Beijing that 'he's their man'...
Canada wants to implement the same controls over the population as China has, with CBDCs, Digital IDs, 15 minute cities, and social scores.
This has been the plan for a very long time. How do you influence the people of a country to vote for communism? You stage a false-flag event where a 'mentally ill whacko' drives his car through a crowd and kills 11 people and injures many others.
In total outrage and fear, the people will easily give up their personal rights & freedoms to the government to 'protect them', when in reality, the government is sends them closer to the socioeconomic slaughterhouse.
We saw this 6 weeks after 911 when 'The Patriot Act' was swiftly implemented, and again during the Convid19 Plandemic of 2020.
