Dear Nostr Friends, I have ended up with an extra ticket for #BitcoinAmsterdam starting tomorrow Rather than let it go to waste I would like to give it away to someone who would like to go but needs a ticket. Zaps are welcome but not necessary, I would like to send it to someone on here who will go… That’s all if there is more than 1 person who would like it I’ll have to raffle it somehow… Let me know, thanks

The attribution of intelligence to machines, or other nerd deities obscures more than it illuminates. When people are told that a computer is intelligent, they become prone to changing themselves in order to make the computer appear to work better, instead of demanding that the computer be changed to become more useful. In a world dominated by centralized institutions, where the flow of money is tightly controlled by governments, banks, and financial elites, Bitcoin emerges as the ultimate masked vigilante. Like a figure from the shadows, Bitcoin operates outside the law of centralized power structures, challenging the dominance of a system that has for decades enslaved the world with debt, inflation, and opaque monetary policies.

The meaning of our existence is not invented by ourselves, but rather detected. To detect this inner calling, the meaning of our lives, requires both an embrace of solitude combined with the concentration needed to go deeply inwards into that solitude. But are always on, always connected devices may interfere with these necessary conditions for finding one’s calling; the meaning of our lives, pulling us away from necessary inwardness.
