I noticed that Nostr notes rendered in the mobile browser at damus.io have a link to "Open with default Nostr client" that links to a nostr:// url is there a similar way to link to say lightning:// in order to open the users default lightning wallet? is Nostr:// standardized or how's my phone even know which apps to suggest? can anyone create their own blahblah:// ?
