Hal wallet can send and receive Silent Payments now. I built a custom silent payment indexer that listens for them in real time via core's zmq transport and serves them over websocket.

I made a new Bitcoin web wallet: bitcoin.coinos.io
It's self custodial and the whole page can be saved and run offline like bitaddress.org but it uses BIP39 and modern addresses.
If you're online you can fetch your wallet balance/history and spend funds.
It's not well tested yet so be careful and let me know if you find issues.
