Listening to this chat with ODELL and Russell has inspired me to do a 7 day fast. I’ve done multiple 3 day fasts before and felt benefits within this short time but I have been pushing off longer fasts.. no more.

🧘 🧘 is a workout for the mind. If you don’t currently meditate you might want to give it a try.
Guided meditations are a great way to start or simple observation of breath through the nose, eyes closed, in a quiet room for a few minutes. (When your mind gets distracted with thoughts, bring your awareness back to your breath, repeat.)
It’s free, helps develop awareness, calm, clarity,concentration, and it’s challenging.
If you like to play in nature be aware of wild parsnip. If you get the sap from this plant on your skin and your skin is exposed to sunlight you can get a nasty burn.
