I learned something shocking recently.
The global monetary base is expanding on average 12.7% per year.
In simple terms - the amount of money in the global financial system is growing by 1% monthly.
(Average since 1950)
Much more than I previous thought.
As you can imagine it’s only gotten worse and will continue to accelerate.
Long story short.
Stay humble. Stack sats.
We are winning and it’s not even funny.

Today may be a great day for Canada…
I just finished a 15 minute cold bath.
If you’re feeling off, unfocused or unclear.
Take a cold bath.
I’m in Canada at the moment and the water coming out of the tap is bloody cold.
Start at 5-7 minutes if you’re new.
Build up to 20 minutes plus after you get used to it.
Around the 7-9minutes mark it typically becomes easy to stay in the cold, your body adapts.
I do this weekly to build tolerance to cold and gain health benefits.

Thank god for Bitcoin
Reading the Bible last night, as is tradition before Xmas eve dinner (my wife is polish).
I almost came to tears reading the birth of Jesus as I was hit with the realization of the intimate parallels to the birth of Bitcoin.
Hope and light for a new world on earth.
Nature’s lesson:
Inefficiency gets wiped out.
Your business should be the same.
2 things are dramatically changing my energy and overall feeling of positive health.
Blocking all blue light (and I mean all) from sundown to bedtime.
Getting minimum 20-30 minutes of outdoor light (usually way more) first thing in the morning.
Literally changing my life with this.
