No hour long video essays on the deep lore of Dugga Doo. Disappointing. Do better.
The official Doctor Who channel has set up a live stream. You know what it's of.
It has been going for twelve hours.
I have a frankly embarrassing task backlog, and yet every day for the past three days, I've had an idea for a new project and started doing that instead.
AuDHD is a powerful mistress.
Morbid, but GitHub now has a 'successor' option to allow you to authorise your data to be transferred if you cark it.
Mog doesn't use GitHub. Any of you who know me reasonably well want to put your name forward?
Please don't offer if you'll be upset if I decide on someone else :)

NEW BLOG IDEA: Use GitHub gists as a backend!
Write gists as Markdown. Find gists starting [blog] or something. Use front matter for metadata. Process and present them.
Might even be possible to do the fetching and presentation in-browser for a static page.
Yet another new project it is. Sigh.
It's probably a good thing that Gen Z will never know what the late 90s and early 00s Internet was like.
They'll never know what we had and what we denied them. They'll never know what we let a few sociopaths turn into a particle accelerator for fascism while we gleefully used their products.
HEADCANON. FUCKING. ACCEPTED. #DoctorWho

There are few songs which give me hope for being able to make music like New Order's BLUE MONDAY.
It's so basic. The synth and bass lines are so simple. It has so few layers.
And it's a banger anyway.

Said it before, won't shut up about it. Tom Baker is a gem. A complete unapologetic mentalist in character and out.

Convince me to give Troughton-era Doctor Who a pop (or tell me it’s shit).
Don’t like Hartnell, but I’ve never given Troughton a real chance.
If you're not use `mise` as your version manager, you really should consider it.
I've not experienced anything which matches it. `asdf` is probably its closest competitor, but it supersets `asdf`, as you'll see.
Started writing this post and it got long, so it's a `gist` instead.

DISCOVERY OF THE DAY: Turns out you can use Claude Code as part of a pipe.
```sh
brew info package1 package2 package3 | claude -p "format as markdown with GitHub URLs" | glow
```
works a treat. The key is the `-p` switch.
Obviously you can also invoke it with `bun x` or `npx` or whatever.

Anthropic are absolutely slapping. Claude 4! GA for Claude Code! Better MCP support!
And they’re still the only AI company to repeatedly demonstrate giving a shit about ethics.
4 Opus is a bit expensive at $15/Mtoken but quite affordable for a bit of testing. 4 Sonnet is more sensible at $3/Mtoken.

Awh, that's shit. Pocket is being shut down.
Closest alternative I've found is
- which, when paid, has the permanent copy feature which made Pocket valuable to me.
Might be time to export your stuff from if you use Pocket, though.
