I have spent a bit of time lately thinking about something I am calling the “Cognitive Multiverse.” Essentially it’s the acknowledgement and mental accumulation of possible current and future realities that people are trying to keep track of due to narratives that they can’t prove wrong or fully discard. Holding these possible unfolding paths mentally alive as simultaneously occurring worlds must create a significant cognitive load.

Gm ☕️ it’s Saturday. That means I get to do Saturday things! The main one is the weekly household menu and grocery shop.

I have been thinking about the need for a “Proof of Human” standard for the internet. Can the Bitcoin network be used to build this type of service? #Bitcoin #proofofhuman #asknostr

I have missed 2 days, 11&12 of the #31days challenge due to travel. The days are messed up a bit now due to crossing the dateline. So I am going to call today’s effort day 12/31. A sunrise beach walk 4.3km & 47mins, a slowmoflow session 40mins & and a 6.3km 40min afternoon run. Slowmoflow is my word/phrase to describe my stretching/balance/body weight resistance routine. You could mistake it for yoga but it’s not. It involves very long stretches combined with balance training often with eyes closed while body scanning with the minds eye. Also uses body weight resistance exercises all done very slowly. It’s very challenging and I love and hate doing it. The run was of a shorter distance but today’s route (my normal one) has 6 hills with decent elevation spread fairly evenly over the course.

I have seen a few posts from people about the difficulty in finding interesting accounts to follow on #Nostr I would be interested to know more about what “interesting” means to you. Is it a specific and curated account focused on a craft, a skill, etc? Is it an acc that has whacked out humour that pushes limits? An account that is a mirror of your own journey ie homesteaders following homesteaders? Or, completely the opposite of what you stand for but you follow respectfully anyway? Is it a blog/vlog style exposé? What makes an account interesting enough that you would follow? 🧐
