I would like to introduce Bruce to you. He is my rescue pumpkin. On a whim I saved a few seeds from a store bought pumpkin 1/4 three weeks ago. I thought why not see if there was any life in them. I dried them out on the window sill and planted one lonely seed… and what do you know, this guy popped up yesterday! Bruce and I are now friends. Say hello to Bruce 😄

Dr. Beatriz Villarroel, an astronomer, has just achieved peer reviewed publication of two papers in respected journals (Scientific Reports, part of Nature, and Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific). Both papers describe the discovery of unidentified reflective objects in geostationary Earth orbit, apparently present before the launch of Sputnik 1 in 1957. Are there any #carnivore folks here who continued with the diet after having a stroke or TIA (transient ischemic attack)? If so, how did you manage elevated LDL? Or did you ignore it? If you changed your diet after an event to manage LDL levels, what was your strategy? I am looking for real world examples to help inform my diet strategy. Thanks 🙂

Hey #nostr #mechanic crew! Part of my road map to navigate the next 7-10 years is to expand my #DIY skill base ASAP in some key areas such as lite mechanical. The radiator in our 2011 Mazda Demio/2 has started to leak. I’d like to have a go at replacing it myself. I am a practical skill person (boat builder by trade) with probably all the tools as well as space. I have never done a radiator before. Out of 10, how hard/complicated would a job like this be?
