I did a 20 minute drive yesterday in my neighbourhood to do some errands. Nine of the ten streets I drove through had houses for sale, nearly all of those streets had multiple listings. Not a good sign in a struggling economy.

Listens to Moonshots Podcast (Peter Diamandis), hears that AWG vibe coded a 1st person shooter with a 140 character prompt in Gemini 3 in 5 minutes and it works perfectly, goes away and tries to prompt my idea for a fucking grocery list app, closes laptop after 30 mins after reaching a dead end (while using Gemini 3). Yup, game changer for sure 👍
